Returns (Cancellation and Complaints)
It is important that returns are handled correctly to ensure you receive a smooth and accurate resolution to your matter. You may choose to return a product either because you have changed your mind, in which case we apply the so-called "cancellation period," or because the product is not functioning or is damaged when you unpack it.
Cancellation of Purchase
You must notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the package if you wish to cancel your purchase. Do not return the product until we send you a return shipping label. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging and equally well packaged as when you received it. If this is not the case and the product is returned to Mr. Fredrik used or damaged, we cannot accept the cancellation of the purchase. Note also that any deviations from the original quality or condition are your responsibility until we receive the package, including the return transportation.

Complaints
You must immediately report any defects to us via email or phone. We will then issue a return shipping label so you can return the product. You must pack it well as you are responsible for the condition of the product until we unpack it. We will remedy the defect but are not responsible for transportation damage or other damage that may occur before we unpack the product.
After receiving the item in return, we will repair it and send it back to you in good condition, as the product was when we unpacked it. If this is not possible, we will send you a new product.
