It is important that returns are made correctly, in order for you to get a correct and smooth handling of your case. You can choose to return an item because you have changed your mind  or because the product does not work or is damaged when you pick it up from the package.

Undoing your purchase

Before 2 weeks have passed from that you collected the package, you should let us know if you regretted your purchase. You should not return the product, but wait for us to send you a return shipping label to return the product. The product must be in the same condition as when you received the product. It must be in its original packaging and be at least as well packaged as when you received it. Should this not be the case and it will come back, to Mr. Fredrik, used or in damaged condition, we cannot accept that you regretted the purchase. Please also note that any deviation from the original quality or condition you are responsible for until we receive the package, i.e. also the transport back.

Complaint

You must immediately, when you discover the error, complain it to us, by email or phone. We will then issue a return shipping label, so you can return the product. You must pack it well as you are responsible for the condition of the product until we unpack it. We will rectify the defect ,but do not take responsibility for transport damage or other damages that occurred before we unpack the product.

After we have received the product in return, we will repair it and send it back to you in good condition, as the product was when we pacaced it up. If this does not allow us to do so, we will then send you a new product.
